Rackmount Cases and Accessories

Typically, industrial cases have been very expensive but rather clumsy and too deep to fit in many audio racks.  Finally you are looking at models that are much more realistic in price and available in several optional configurations.  Depth of these new ATX 4U, 3U, and 2U boxes is just 18.75 inches (20.5" including handles). The 1U boxes are 20.25" and 18" in depth.  These may still be pushing the limits of some audio racks so please be sure of the maximum depth you can use. Width, of course, is standard as is height per rack unit of 1.75" per U.

We have added the following models, the most flexible being the 4U with 7 bays. You'll see that this chassis can also be ordered in 8, 9, or 10 bay options. The anodized aluminum front doors are available in black or champagne gold and are lockable but will latch without locking which many cases do not.  It is also possible to remove the doors if preferred.

This 1U model has no doors and was made for Dual Xeon boards, though it can handle most ATX mainboards.  It has optionally 2 or 3 drive bays depending on motherboard size requirement.  These include one external bay for slim style CD-ROM or DVD-ROM type drive plus one or two internal 3.5" hard drive bays.  Power supply in this one is 350W ATX  and there is an included riser card for one horizontal PCI card.  More complete detail pages to be linked.

2U

This 2U chassis has 2-5.25" and 2-3.5" external bays and 3 PCI slots with a riser card. Slide rails available.
